Hello Parents of the Graduating Class of 2021!! Please continue to refer to this page to receive updates about the end of year activities for your 5th Grader. Below you will find the forms you need to fill out for the end of year activities. You can also find the links to purchase yearbooks and t-shirts, and Booster messages to leave your child in the yearbook. 

🎓 To all 5th grade Families 🎓

5th grade fees are $50 per student.
                    ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Each student will receive a 5th grade yearbook and custom T-shirt
There will be a 5th grade Field Day (date to be determined)
Save the date for a “Moving Up Day” on June 22 or 23

5th grade fees must be paid in full by May 21, 2021

Payment Options: 

Pay 5th Grade Dues by Debit/Credit

To Pay for Booster messages using Venmo, send payments to @ps81pa. If your app asks you for the last for digits of the PA phone number, use 5703.
Please include your child's name, class number and your email in the memo.

NO CASH OR CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED THIS YEAR.

P.S. 81 BOOSTERS for Our 5th Graders

Yearbook boosters are a great way to send a special message to your 5th grade child!
Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings, and friends use boosters to send short, positive messages which are published in the yearbook. Students always enjoy finding a message written especially for them.

Some 1-2 line booster examples are listed here below:

Alex - We’re so proud of you! -Love, Mom & Dad

Maria – We can’t believe you’re going into middle school already. We love you so, so much! Have fun at camp this summer. -Love, Grandma & Pop-Pop

For larger sizes, you can include photos, artwork or designs along with your message if you wish.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Please email your boosters to PS81class2021@gmail.com.
Type the word “BOOSTER” in the subject line.
DEADLINE is Friday, May 7th for all booster submissions.
If payment is not received at time of submission, your booster will not be included in the yearbook.

Yearbook Advertisements

Please share this information with local businesses. The money earned from advertising will go directly to covering the costs of the 5th Grade end-of-year events.

Costs for advertising:

Full Page $150

Half Page $75

Quarter Page $50
