Photography and Video Consent Form

Photographs and video images of students at P.S. 81 are taken for the purpose of celebrating student achievement and sharing educational programs with the community. Please fill out this consent form.

Once you add students, you can see grades, test scores, attendance, transportation, reading level and much more.

To obtain your child's Student ID, email Parent Coordinator, Nina Velazquez, NVelazquez@schools.nyc.gov

  

If your child will be taking the School Bus, the stop will be automatically assigned on the NYC Schools Account.
